Qualifications

• Assist with written discovery and deposition preparation

We're seeking an entry-level Litigation Attorney to support our team on matters outside of the personal injury and contingent-fee space, with the opportunity to develop hands‑on litigation skills under the mentorship of senior attorneys.

Position Overview

The Litigation Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners across all stages of litigation, taking on increasing case responsibility as skills develop. This role is ideal for a recently admitted attorney with 1–3 years of litigation experience who is eager to build strong research, writing, and courtroom fundamentals.
