Job description

The firm represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation in Maryland state and federal courts, including business and commercial disputes, shareholder and LLC matters, estate and trust litigation, real estate disputes, and complex personal injury matters. More than 80% of the firm's clients are referred by other attorneys familiar with the quality of its work.

The associate will assume substantive responsibility at an early stage, including legal research and brief writing, motions practice, discovery, depositions, client communication, and trial preparation. Current and former judicial law clerks are encouraged to apply.

• Qualified candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, sound judgment, a demonstrated interest in litigation, and a Juris Doctor degree with admission to the Maryland Bar or admission pending.
