• Supports the preparation of business work plans for analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements under guidance.

• Observes and helps evaluate work processes, supports feasibility reviews for small to medium project requests, and assists in troubleshooting operational issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technology implementation/upgrades experience
• Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Within 120 Days

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
• Master’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
• 2 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare experience.

Physical Demands

Lifting and carrying 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
