Fidelity is seeking an Associate Analyst, Alternative Investments to accurately process distributions for clients and support onboarding of new AI assets on our platform. The role supports ongoing maintenance of existing AI products with attention to risk controls.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. It is a full-time onsite role with a collaborative team culture.

The Role

The Associate Analyst, Alternative Investments role is responsible for processing distributions accurately on behalf of our clients and in a timely manner to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Asset Review team is tasked with overseeing the onboarding process for new Alternatives on our platform. In addition, we are responsible for the maintenance of existing products on our platform as well.

An Alternative Investment (AI) is a highly specialized investment vehicle that is tailored to sophisticated, high net-worth investors and are not traded on any public market. Our Alternative Investments group services all Fidelity lines of business and handles end-to-end operations from onboarding of assets, all transactions, reconciliation, and servicing requests.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
