Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.
• Major in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
• Coursework in Aeronautics, Meteorology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance (with background investigation within past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Able to obtain and maintain Program Special access (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Analysis and Modeling and Simulation (M&S) activities for Aeronautics Systems.
• Plan and execute studies (trade studies, sensitivity analyses, Monte Carlo) and analyze results.
• Develop complex algorithms and scripts for use in mission simulation tools.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain analytical models and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Python/Simulink).
• Solicit input from stakeholders and communicate results to leadership.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and present results to stakeholders.
