Alleviate Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic in Livonia, Michigan is seeking a part-time Associate Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary practice. You will provide individualized acupuncture treatments, perform TCM assessment and diagnosis, and develop treatment plans.

We offer mentorship, an established patient base, admin support, and opportunities to grow within the practice; roughly 3–4 shifts per week, 4–6 hours per shift, with some evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited acupuncture/Chinese medicine program
• NCCAOM certified or board-eligible
• Eligible for Michigan acupuncture licensure
• Clinically curious and eager to continue learning
• Warm, compassionate and comfortable communicating with patients
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
• Interested in becoming an excellent clinician—not simply renting a room and operating independently
• A genuine team player who understands that in a small healthcare practice, no reasonable task is beneath any member of the team

My name is Dr. Ruth, and I am the owner and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Alleviate Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic in Livonia, Michigan, just outside Detroit.

I am reaching out because Alleviate is actively seeking one or more licensed acupuncturists to join our growing multidisciplinary practice, and I would greatly appreciate it if you would share this opportunity with your graduating students, recent graduates, alumni, and/or career-services network.

Michigan currently has no acupuncture school, which makes connecting directly with established acupuncture programs especially important for us.

Alleviate is a busy, established cash-pay practice serving a diverse patient population throughout Metro Detroit. Our clinic includes private acupuncture, community acupuncture, Chinese medicine, massage therapy, Reiki, chiropractic care, infrared sauna, and wellness programming.

I am specifically looking for a practitioner who wants to practice medicine and care for patients rather than immediately carry the burden of opening and operating an entire practice.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early-career acupuncturist who wants substantial clinical experience, mentorship, an existing patient base, administrative support, and the opportunity to grow within an established practice.

About the practice:
