Job summary

EverPeak is seeking an Associate Actuary to lead pricing, reserving, and predictive modeling within a shared services team. You will partner with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to drive profitability and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements include ACAS/near ACAS, 5+ years in P&C (WC preferred), and strong Excel/SQL; Python or R for modeling. Hybrid work in the Denver region with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • ACAS or near ACAS; FCAS preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional P&C insurance experience in pricing, reserving or predictive modeling (WC desirable).
  • Familiar with MGA or subsidiary operational/data needs.
  • Expert Excel; SQL for data extraction; Python or R for modeling.
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead actuarial analyses in pricing, reserving and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Finance for data-driven insights.
  • Develop pricing models and rate adequacy monitoring tools.
  • Perform quarterly/annual loss and LAE reserve analyses.
  • Design complex data analyses and build predictive models for risk segmentation.
  • Translate findings for senior leadership, board and regulators.
  • Provide peer review and guidance to junior analysts.
