Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and major accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end close activities (entries, reconciliations).
• Manage cash flow reporting and payments (wires, ACH, transfers).
• Support receivables and billing processes.
• Review employee expenses and corporate card activity for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain banking records and assist with cash forecasting.

Skills

Accounting in a multi-entity environment

Understanding of GAAP

Proficiency in Excel

Familiarity with major accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)

Education

Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
