Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a detail-oriented service coordinator to support Commercial Account Managers in California. You will handle endorsements, claims, renewals, certificates, and documentation while ensuring compliance with department policies and workflows.

You will use the EPIC system alongside Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to process requests, prepare renewals, and communicate with carriers and insureds. A high school diploma and a CA property/casualty license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Valid California Property/Casualty license.
• Proficiency with EPIC Agency Management System and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with service requests for endorsements, claim reporting, and renewals.
• Assist with renewals including carrier communications, Indio usage, and drafting renewal emails.
• Policy checks of WC policies using EPIC policy check feature.
• Issue certificates/EPIs via EPIC and CSR24 as needed.
• Obtain quotes for limits increases and forms when needed.
• Enter WC submissions online with carriers for marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist our Commercial Account Managers with various service requests, for example, taking customer service calls, emails, etc. to obtain information for endorsements, claim reporting and follow-ups, billing questions, audits, certificates, cancellations, and reinstatements, including processing in EPIC.
• Assist our Commercial Account Managers with their renewals by obtaining renewal requirements from the carrier/broker, obtaining renewal updates/apps from the insured (using Indio), creating draft renewal presentations, obtaining finance agreements, creating dummy invoices, entering WC submissions online with carriers for marketing (when needed), and creating draft renewal emails for the AM to send to the insured.
• Policy checking of WC policies (using EPIC policy check feature)
• Issue certificates/EPIs through EPIC and CSR24 as needed
• Obtain quotes for limit increases, AI forms, etc. when needed for certificates
• Claims-enter in EPIC, submit to the carrier, follow up/document file & set to AM per instructions

Education and/or Experience

Minimum of a High School Diploma

Valid California Property/Casualty license

Technology Skills: PC Computer (including strong typing skills) EPIC Agency Management System (required) Microsoft Word, Outlook, including Quick Parts, Excel Microsoft Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox Company Online Rating/Service Sites (helpful but not required)

Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $25 - $32. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
