Job summary

Brooksource, part of Eight Eleven Group, is hiring an Associate Account Executive in Milwaukee. You will build relationships with business leaders and executives, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and drive revenue growth through consultative, solution-focused selling.

You'll collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, meet clients in person and virtually, and leverage a competitive base with uncapped commission and strong development pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
