Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with team members.
  • Conduct research and gather data to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in Client and/or team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate easy access to information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $155,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually

About the Role:

The Associate position is a pivotal consultativerole designed to support various functions within the organization andmeet and interact with Clients to find mutually beneficial solutions to their problemscontributing to the overall success of our projects and initiatives. The primary end result of this position is to ensure that tasks are completedin a top-quality manner,efficiently and effectively, allowing forseamlessoperations across departments. Associates will engage in a variety of vertical transportation activities that require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members. This role serves as a foundation for professional growth, providing opportunities to learn about the industry and develop essential skills. Ultimately, the Associate will play a crucial role in driving the team's objectives forward, enhancing the company's performanceand meeting or exceeding the Client expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaborativelywith Clients andin a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Additionally, familiarity with project management tools will enhance the Associate’s ability to track progress and manage tasks efficiently.
