You will manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, perform legal research, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in West Virginia or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
