The Associate Manager of Commercial Underwriting will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and leading a team of supervisors and/or underwriters supporting the Commercial Underwriting organization. A successful candidate will have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. This role will focus on developing underwriters and building internal and external relationships. This role will help to develop and execute on strategies to grow our business profitably.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance underwriting property and general liability lines of business.
• 2+ years of experience leading at an insurance carrier or agency

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

Compensation

• $89,600 - $149,4000 annually depending on experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
