Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing, to join the Universal Television Entertainment team. You will help develop and execute merchandising planning and analysis to drive viewing and engagement across Peacock.

You will collaborate with Title Marketing, Programming, Publicity, Creative, Production, Operations, and Sales while shaping promotional campaigns and cross-functional strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer, entertainment or media marketing.
  • Experience in Platform Merchandising, Media or Promotional Planning, Strategy Development, Campaign Execution/Management.
  • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support merchandising strategy and planning for all platforms where Integrated Marketing is responsible.
  • Coordinate with teams to launch owned titles on time and with success.
  • Synthesize performance data, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations.
  • Develop decks and presentations to represent the Integrated Marketing work.

TheUniversal Television Entertainmentteamisseekinga strategic,creative,andenthusiastic marketer to join our Integrated Marketing team.TheAssociate Manager, Integrated Marketingroleis responsible forcontributing to the development,execution,and analysis ofmerchandisingplanning, with the role’s overallobjectivebeing to drive viewing and engagement across the Peacock platform.

Reportingdirectly into theSeniorManager, IntegratedMarketing, this role sits within the coreIntegrated Marketingteamwho (in totality) are responsible for day-to-day and long-term Merchandising Strategy/Planning, Product Marketing/Optimization,and Integrated Projects – all of which require the ability to develop comprehensive promotional plans, communicate effectively,and manage multiple projects simultaneouslywhileremaining nimblein afrequently evolving environment.

Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):

Support the development of merchandising strategy and planningfor all platforms where programmingthatIntegrated Marketingis responsible forappears

Serve asafunnel of information, proactivelyascertaininginformation forall ownedtitles, gathering all needed marketing elements, understanding the day-to-day production needs, show creative, andwhere Integrated Marketing fits within the larger campaign planning process

  • Collaborate and ideate with key teams (Title Marketing, Programming,Publicity,Creative, Production,Operations, Sales, Decision Sciences,etc…) to helpensure owned titles launch on time and with success

Synthesize performance data, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic recommendations that inform decision making

Maintain project timelines, one-sheets,and other shared resources to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned and aware of where individual projects stand

Contribute to larger title specific campaigns and represent Integrated Marketing in cross-functional meetings

Develop decks and other presentations as needed torepresentthe work that the Integrated Marketing teamis responsible for

Contribute to driving marketing efforts across entertainment titles, including implementing strategy, managing campaigns, and gathering results – all with the goal of driving consumer engagement and viewership of content

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

4+ yearsof experience in consumer,entertainmentor media marketing

Experience in one or more of the following: PlatformMerchandising,Media orPromotionalPlanning,StrategyDevelopment,CampaignExecution/Management

Strong organizational, project management and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strategic thinker and creative problem solver who is comfortable collaborating and navigatingeffectively within a matrixed, fastpacedand ever-changingorganization.

Passion for entertainment,streamingand pop culture

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
