Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join the AWS ProServe team. You will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions aligned with customer goals while driving success across the project lifecycle.

You will lead architectural discussions, provide technical guidance, and mentor colleagues, ensuring best practices, security, and scalable outcomes for enterprise clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math, or related field.
• Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Java, Python, C#, etc.
• Cloud architecture and implementation experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large-scale data analytics and data warehousing.
• Experience implementing AWS services in distributed environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation.
• Experience with data platforms and building data/ML pipelines.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Data Lake, DynamoDB, Hadoop.

Youll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As trusted advisors to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
• Experience in cloud architecture and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Experience with large-scale data analytics and data warehousing
• Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments
• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
• Experience in Data platform implementation
• Hands on experience with building data or machine learning pipeline
• Experience with one or more relevant tools (SQL, PostgreSQL, Data lake, DynamoDB, Hadoop)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
