Job summary

Numotion in the United States (Indiana) is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, recommend, and deliver Complex Rehabilitation Technology to clients. You will work closely with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life.

The role requires clinical knowledge of mobility devices, interdisciplinary collaboration, and effective training on equipment use, with a focus on outcomes and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with compliant rehab/assistive technology billing (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs and mobility goals.
• Manage procurement from equipment specification through delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment; provide training on safe use, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complete/maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in a timely manner.
• Attain/exceed annual sales goals and report on sales outcomes and opportunities.
• Maintain certifications and licenses through ongoing CE credits.
• Maintain eligibility status with vendor systems as required.
• Stay informed on funding requirements and Numotion contracts; build referral sources.
• USet Numotion Leadership Principles to perform with integrity and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers.
