Reliable Medical is a leading provider dedicated to enhancing independence through assistive technology. We seek an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, recommend, and customize devices that improve daily living for clients with disabilities.

You will collaborate with clinicians and caregivers, configure devices, train users, and document outcomes to support holistic care plans. RESNA ATP certification is required, and strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification as an ATP by RESNA is required.
• Experience assessing, recommending, and customizing assistive technology solutions.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with assistive technology devices and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' functional abilities and assistive technology needs using standardized tools.
• Recommend devices and customize solutions to meet client goals while adapting to needs.
• Configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot assistive devices and provide training.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and customization processes clearly.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, SLPs, and physicians.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development.
