Job summary

Numotion is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) in Knoxville to evaluate, recommend, and provide Complex Rehabilitation Technology tailored to client needs. You will work with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life.

The role requires ATP certification, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in clinical assessment, billing, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for CRT recommendations.
• Knowledge of compliant rehab/assistive technology billing (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, mobility goals, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to create personalized mobility plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on functional needs and goals.
• Manage procurement from specification through delivery.
• Apply clinical, technical and interpersonal skills to mobility evaluations.
• Deliver and fit equipment; provide training on use, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Aim to meet or exceed annual sales goals and objectives.
• Review and report on sales calls, outcomes, and opportunities.
• Maintain all certifications/licenses and complete CE annually.
• Ensure vendor system eligibility for continuous facility access.
• Stay informed on funding requirements and product options across Numotion contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Uphold Numotion Leadership Principles with integrity and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Numotion policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
