Job summary

Numotion in McAllen, Texas seeks an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate clients, recommend CRT devices, and coordinate with clinicians to maximize independence. The role requires clinical knowledge and strong problem-solving to tailor solutions for diverse disabilities.

The ATP will deliver and fit equipment, train clients and caregivers, document thoroughly, and pursue annual sales goals while maintaining vendor relationships and funding access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills for CRT equipment.
• Working knowledge of compliant rehab billing processes (Medicare/Medicaid, etc.).
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, mobility goals and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on identified needs and goals.
• Manage procurement from equipment specification through delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment; provide training to clients, families and caregivers.
• Complete accurate documentation of client interactions in a timely manner.
• Attain and exceed annual sales goals; review sales calls and outcomes.
