GYMGUYZ Marin County is seeking an energetic Assisted Stretch Coach to provide personalized one-on-one stretching and mobility sessions in clients' homes and communities.

This part-time, mobile role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help clients improve mobility, flexibility, movement, and overall quality of life outside traditional gym settings.

Qualificações

• Background in personal training or related fitness field.
• Assisted stretching or mobility experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement and stretching techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Relevant fitness/stretching certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions.
• Assess client mobility, flexibility, goals and comfort level.
• Create personalized stretching sessions based on individual needs.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Travel to client locations throughout your assigned service area.
• Maintain accurate client/session notes and communicate with the team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching and mobility sessions
• Assess client mobility, flexibility, goals, and comfort level
• Create personalized stretching sessions based on individual needs
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients
• Travel to client locations throughout your assigned service area
• Maintain accurate client/session notes and communicate with the GYMGUYZ team

What We’re Looking For
