The Good Shepherd Community in Minnesota seeks a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead the Assisted Living program. This role oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, and care plans to ensure residents receive high-quality services in a compliant, compassionate environment.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, ensure 24-hour coverage, coordinate with intake and social services, and manage budgets while maintaining licensure standards and safety for residents.

• Must hold or be eligible for MN RN license and have experience with older adults.

As the Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living Program Director, you will make a difference each and every day by helping to ensure that the services we provide are delivered with the greatest care. You will be responsible for the successful operation of our Becker Assisted Living program.
