Job summary

Eklego is seeking an Assisted Living Program Manager for The Village at Rockville in Rockville, MD. Lead clinical oversight, supervise staffing, and drive high-quality resident care within a mission-driven, not-for-profit setting.

You will coordinate care plans, train staff, ensure records accuracy, and collaborate with healthcare and regulatory partners to uphold standards and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living or long-term care.
• Experience working with older adults, including those with dementia.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to dignity, respect and individuality for every resident.
• Completion of Maryland's 80-hour Assisted Living Manager training and state requirements.

The Village at Rockville is a mission-driven not-for-profit organization with 50 Assisted Living Apartments. NLCS is a highly rated skilled nursing operation providing cutting-edge and high-quality health care services for elders in the Rockville community.

What will I do as the Assisted Living Program Manager?

As the Assisted Living Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of compassionate care at The Village at Rockville. You'll empower your team to perform at their best, ensure residents receive outstanding clinical support, and help shape the next chapter in a community known for its legacy of excellence and innovation in senior living.

• Supervise the assisted living nursing service program to ensure high-quality care for residents.

• Successful completion of Maryland's required 80-hour Assisted Living Manager training program and all other applicable state requirements
