Job summary

Sittercity is seeking dependable caregivers to supervise two foster children and support the household. Typical hours are 11am–7pm on weekdays, with varying weekend hours; schedule is flexible to some extent.

You will supervise, transport, prepare light meals, and assist with chores based on our established routines. Requirements include childcare experience, a personal vehicle, background check ability, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain training.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children in a home setting or daycare environment.
• Sitter has own car for transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• CPR certification or willingness to complete training is required.
• Foster care, trauma-informed, or behavioral experience preferred.
• Must be patient, reliable, and able to follow established routines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with the kids.
• Drive/transport the kids as needed.
• Prepare snacks and meals.

$20/hr | 20–40+ hrs/week | Two positions availableTypical weekday hours 11am–7pm, Sat and Sun hours vary am/pm. (Schedule can be adjusted slightly- we are flexible)We're looking for dependable, caring people to help with our 2 foster kiddos and household. Duties include supervising and engaging with the kids, transportation, light meals, light housework, laundry, and occasional errands. Requirements: Childcare experience Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check CPR certified or willing to complete training Foster care, trauma-informed or behavioral experience preferred Must be patient, reliable and willing to consistently follow our established routines.
