We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as the next Assistant Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Superintendent and play a key role in keeping our community running strong! As the Assistant WWTP Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing operations of the facility to meet all regulatory requirements, inventory and maintain operating stocks of process chemicals and operating supplies, develop and maintain information for reports and records and work to ensure all safety training and programs are implemented. Additionally, you'll maintain effective communication among staff, evaluate the work of assigned personnel, and provide staff training in areas of treatment operations, equipment maintenance and proper operation of plant equipment.
