Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coaches individual participants in the skills necessary for achievement in the sport involved.
• Plans and schedules a regular program of practice with approval and direction of the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
• Works with the head coach and athletic director to schedule intramural and interscholastic contests.
• Recommends purchase of equipment, supplies, and uniforms in cooperation with the head coach and athletic director.
• Maintains attendance forms, insurance records, and similar paperwork as assigned.
• Oversees safety conditions of the facility or area where the sport is conducted and enforces discipline.
