• Enhance students' athletic skills and competitiveness.
• Support with strength and speed training, equipment logistics, and booster club coordination.
• Coordinate practices and competition strategies with the Head Coach and Athletic Director.
• Ensure compliance with D300 and IHSA requirements (physicals, codes, fees, academic eligibility).
• Attend practices, games, and supervise transportation; maintain end-of-season records and statistics.
