The role involves coaching, recruiting, game prep, student-athlete development, and program operations, with duties including travel coordination and team event planning. This is a part-time, 12-month position located in Raleigh, NC, requiring a valid NC driver license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous playing or coaching experience in Flag Football required.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with a clear driving history required.
• Ability to travel to all away contests required.
• Commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and its rules and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing training sessions and practice plans.
• Attend and actively coach at team practices, competitions, and team activities as assigned.
• Assist with in-game coaching and post-game evaluation.
• Provide skill instruction and individual player development.
• Assist with recruiting efforts for the Flag Football program.
• Serve as a driver for team travel when needed.
• Help coordinate team events.
• Maintain knowledge of NCAA Division III, USA South Athletic Conference, and Meredith College policies and procedures.
