My Wireless is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager in MI to lead operations and sales at a busy location. You’ll drive customer satisfaction, coach staff, and help execute store initiatives with a strong emphasis on team performance and growth.

Required are retail or customer-facing experience and flexible hours. The role includes a strong commission structure, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the My Wireless network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual ability is preferred but location dependent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities daily.
