Job summary

Priority Wire & Cable is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Glendale Heights, IL. The role requires strong management, multitasking, and adherence to regulatory policies for distribution operations.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in math and Microsoft Office, and are willing to work on-site with occasional overtime. Military experience in supply chain is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years warehouse experience; wire distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient Math Skills; Proficient Computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand safety guidelines.
• Prior wire & cable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing 4 or more employees.
• Shipping and receiving duties.
• Quality control and cycle counts.
• Adherence to safety procedures.
• Purchasing warehouse supplies.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and operate sit-down forklifts and dollys.
• Attend to overtime as needed and maintain regular attendance.
