Ryder System, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is hiring an overnight Assistant Warehouse Manager (Customer Logistics Manager) to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team within the Supply Chain Solutions division.

Salary range is $70,000–$75,000, with benefits and a schedule Sun–Tue 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and Wed 6:00 PM–midnight. Role requires strong leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance, plus ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required; Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.

We are immediately hiring an overnight Assistant Warehouse Manager internally titled Customer Logistics Manager in Chambersburg, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Annual Salary Pay: $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience
• Schedules: Sunday through Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to midnight. Must be flexible to work additional days and hours as needed to support business needs

Summary

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Compensation Information
