Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to assist the head coach for a districtwide intercollegiate athletic team in the MCCAC and Region 16.

The role encompasses scheduling, practice planning, travel coordination, and budgeting support, while ensuring compliance with college and association policies. The candidate will help monitor student-athlete eligibility, coordinate recruiting and scholarships, and supervise the district-wide program, all while upholding safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Playing or coaching experience at club, high school, or collegiate level required.
• Must have a clean driving record to operate college vehicle
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Maintain CPR; First Aid; Blood Borne Pathogens; and Sexual Harassment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practice planning, game-day operations and team travel coordination.
• Assist the head coach in monitoring the district-wide team’s operating and travel budgets.
• Assist the head coach in monitoring athletic eligibility, including academic progress of student-athletes.
• Coordinate athletic recruiting and scholarship awards for district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.
• Assist the head coach in supervising district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.
• Uphold and enforce College policies, safety rules and regulations for district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.
• Maintain certification for CPR; First Aid; Blood Borne Pathogens; and Sexual Harassment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position SummaryResponsible for all aspects in assisting the head coach with the districtwide intercollegiate athletic team in the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region 16, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching and administrative duties. Responsible for complying with policies and procedures set forth by St. Louis Community College, NJCAA, NJCAA Region 16, and MCCAC.
