Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. invites you to join as Assistant Vice President, Learning & Development in Fort Mill. You’ll lead the facilitation function, ensure delivery excellence, and align learning experiences to onboarding, upskilling, and transformation initiatives.

You will manage facilitators, drive standards, coach talent, and partner across product, operations, and HR to optimize capacity, tooling, and learner outcomes using data and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in learning and development, facilitation, learning operations, enablement, or related function.
  • 5+ years of people-management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in learning and development, education, business, communications, operations, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the facilitation operating model, including delivery standards, facilitator readiness, learner outcomes, capacity planning, and execution quality.
  • Support learning operations, including demand intake, prioritization, scheduling, facilitator assignment, coverage planning, communications, logistics, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with workforce management and stakeholders for scheduling and use resource management and reporting tools to balance demand, facilitator skills, capacity, utilization, and delivery risk across programs and modalities.
  • Drive certification, observation, calibration, and coaching practices that improve facilitator capability and learner outcomes.
  • Provide direct people leadership to facilitators, including coaching, performance management, talent development, recognition, and accountability.
