  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, enhancing workflows, and optimizing resource utilization across the claims advocacy function.
  • Partner with underwriting, risk management, legal, and senior leadership teams to develop innovative claim management strategies and risk mitigation solutions.
  • Mentor, coach, and support Claims Advocacy Specialists, fostering professional growth, technical development, and high-performance team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, brokers, and industry partners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support business objectives, enhance client service, and strengthen the organization’s position within the specialty insurance market.

Work Experience and Education
  • 6+ years of experience in insurance claims processing or claims management with a Bachelor's degree, Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s of Law preferred.
  • Preferred fields of study: Finance, Legal, Insurance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Legal education (e.g., law degree) or related field experience is a plus.

Salary

The target salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $190,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
