Job summary

Bradford Area School District is seeking an Assistant Varsity Girls' Track Coach for Bradford Area High School. The ideal candidate will have coaching experience, strong leadership, and a thorough knowledge of track. The role requires the ability to motivate student-athletes and work cooperatively with parents, administration, and staff.

Positions will be board approved pending adequate enrollment in the program; the principal and athletic director will determine adequacy. EOE

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience in track or equivalent sport.
• Thorough knowledge of the sport and playing rules.
• Ability to lead and motivate student-athletes.
• Strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Positive attitude toward community and athletic program.
• Calm, rational, and equitable decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the girls' varsity track program.
