Job description

This is an open continuous announcement which will be used to fill immediate positions. First round consideration will be given to applications received by October 9, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EST. Thereafter, review of applications received from this announcement will be conducted periodically to fill additional positions as they become available within the district.

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 1 year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Applicants must possess excellent computer skills. Experience with automated research, electronic court filing, and various word-processing systems, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, is required.
• You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideal qualifications include at least three (3) years of post-J.D. experience, preferably with an emphasis on civil litigation in federal courts.
