AUSAs assigned to the Superior Court Division prosecute D.C. Code offenses ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. AUSAs assigned to the Criminal Division prosecute a broad range of U.S. Code violations.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree (or equivalent), and be an active member in good standing of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction).

You must be a United States Citizen or National.

Preferred Qualifications

Litigation experience and a minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
