Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent legal research and legal writing skills.

• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Hope Scholarship Division operations and compliance.
• Prepares annual budgets for the Hope Scholarship Division and monitors expenditures.
• Collaborates with General Counsel on legislation and regulatory matters.
• Manages relationships with third-party Program Managers for the Hope Scholarship Program.
• Reviews contracts with vendors in coordination with leadership and STO Purchasing.
