Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of intercollegiate participation or coaching experience at an NCAA institution.
• Knowledge of track & field events and coaching methods.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily planning, organization and supervision of practices and competitions.
• Recruit, retain, and develop throwers on the Track & Field team.
• Support cross country duties as needed and assist with event management and fundraising.
• Maintain and schedule logistics for home and away meets (travel, meals, hotels).
• Collaborate with the Director of Track & Field and Cross Country to foster athletes’ athletic development and academics.
