Job summary

Keene State College is hiring an Assistant Coach for Track & Field on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support both men's and women's teams across cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons, reporting to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field.

Responsibilities include planning in-season practices, coordinating off-season conditioning with the Strength and Conditioning coach, assisting with home meet management, travel logistics, and apparel/equipment

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning of all in-season practice sessions and develops an off-season training schedule, coordinating with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning programs.
• Assist the head coach with managing all administrative details of the program including home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
• Additional duties including recruiting, administration and other duties as assigned.
