Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage during breaks, lunches, and planning times to ensure continuous care.
• Assist in multiple classrooms with children of varying ages and support lesson plans.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Engage children in storytelling, music, and play-based activities.
• Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and staff to support daily goals.
• Meet state licensing requirements including background checks and training hours.
