The Breakie Bunch Learning Center is seeking a devoted toddler teacher leader to guide a busy classroom with patience, energy, and creativity. You will run routines, support independent skills, and manage activities that balance play and learning.

Responsibilities include leading the classroom, planning engaging lessons, and helping children navigate big emotions while maintaining a professional, uplifting atmosphere for the team. No nights or weekends.

Formación

• CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood are preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certification provided if needed.
• Strong planning, organization, and activity implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Foster social-emotional development by redirecting big feelings.

Requirements

• Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well

Minimum Of a CDA (Associate's In Early Childhood Preferred)

• CPR & First Aid Certified (we'll provide if needed)
• Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
• Love for teaching and strong commitment
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset
