Job summary

NBCUniversal in New York, NY is hiring an Assistant to Producer to support a Late Night Programming show. This staff role is full-time with an anticipated end date around September 2027 and includes on-site duties at NBCUniversal facilities.

Responsibilities include supporting the show Producer, coordinating calendars and travel, handling messages, masking confidential information, and managing travel and expenses. Overtime is expected as scripts and schedules change.

Qualifications

  • Prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
  • Must be covered by NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Additional Requirements


  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.   • Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00

  • The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
