Job summary

Carbon County School District One is seeking a Throwing Track Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Rawlins Middle School. Candidates must have a coaching permit with a Track endorsement and demonstrate strong knowledge of Throwing Track.

The ideal applicant should be able to build positive relationships with players and parents while collaborating effectively with fellow coaches. Coaches are not permitted to be paid for work done prior to the receipt of a complete application for a coaching permit.

Qualifications

• Must hold, or be eligible to hold, a coaching permit with a Track endorsement.
• Must have a strong knowledge of Throwing Track.
• Able to build strong positive relationships with players and parents.

Responsibilities

• Report to Athletic Director and Building Administrator.
• Build strong positive relationships with players and parents.
• Work well with other coaches in the program.
