Job summary

Victoria's Secret in New York is seeking a Graphic Production Coordinator to support strike offs, color and pattern approvals, and alignment with design intent. You will pass off prints, manage the fabric library, and collaborate with graphic designers, mills, and regional teams to meet deadlines and capture all graphics in the seasonal Centric tracking chart.

This role emphasizes timely approvals, learning printing techniques and equipment limitations, and ensuring all graphics are documented

Responsibilities

• Partner with graphic designers to get alignment for strike offs approval in order to match design intent
• Pass off prints, patterns, graphic packages to region and vendors for strike offs requests. Ensure strike offs, handlooms, knit-downs are received in preparation for milestone meetings.
• Meet with manager and Graphic Designers to graphics; submit comments on corrections with manager’s supervision to mills.
• Ensure all graphics are captured and tracked via seasonal Centric tracking chart as main communication tool with global partners.
• Deliver graphic approvals on time; inform manager if deadline cannot be achieved.
• Work with manager and other Tech team members to learn printing techniques and limitations based special layouts for the raw materials and machine limitations.
• Manage fabric library for strike offs and reference files
