Job description

Assistant Tennis Professional Tennis facility in Woodstock, Vermont is looking for a full-time Assistant Tennis Professional.

Position Overview

The Assistant Tennis Professional will schedule and teach tennis lessons, both privately and as an instructor in clinics and special club events, as well as restring rackets. In addition, this individual will oversee retail merchandise for tennis, racket sports, and fitness, including clothing accessories, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles etc.

Job Specifications

• Expected Pay Range: starting $20.00 per hour plus commission. The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year round

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group tennis lessons tailored to various skills, from beginners to advanced players.
• Provide guidance on proper technique, rules of game, and safety procedures during lessons and activities.
• Maintain equipment, ensure courts are safe and well-maintained, and manager scheduling of lessons and events.
