Job summary

Intuitive Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician assistant to diagnose and resolve IT issues, assist with hardware and software deployments, and provide excellent client service. You will work with our IT team to gain hands-on experience, maintain equipment records, and contribute to SOPs.

A starting salary of $45,000/year with full-time benefits awaits the right candidate. This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week role based in the United States.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong interest in information technology with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges, learn new skills, and expand responsibilities.
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
  • Interact professionally with clients by gathering details, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repairs, and service requests.
  • Contribute to development of standard operating procedures documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT team to strengthen technical skills through hands-on learning and projects.
  • Stay current with industry trends and pursue training and certifications.
  • Coordinate delivery and retrieval of parts to support technicians and clients, minimizing downtime.
