Responsibilities

• Support prototype management and follow up with vendors throughout the development process.
• Duplicate and maintain tech packs in Excel and accurately enter garment measurements.
• Measure and review prototype, SMS, PP, and TOP samples against submitted tech packs.
• Prepare weekly fit lists across product categories.
• Communicate with vendors and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Maintain development trackers and monitor sample timelines against deadlines.
• Organize and maintain tech pack files and technical documentation.
• Partner with domestic production and assist with pattern-related needs.
• Maintain and organize samples by season and delivery.
• Provide additional technical design and development support as needed.
