Assistant Teaching Professional Club in Haverford, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Teaching Professional.

Position Overview: The Club seeks a full-time Teaching Professional to support the delivery of exceptional racquets experiences across padel, platform tennis, pickleball, and tennis. This is a hands-on teaching and service position, well suited to an energetic and dependable professional who enjoys working directly with members, supporting well-run programs, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Reporting jointly to the Director of Padel, Pickleball & Platform Tennis and the Director of Tennis, the successful candidate will work within a coordinated, shared-department structure. The role does not carry primary responsibility for department strategy, budget management, staff supervision, or program ownership. Rather, this professional supports the Directors’ vision by delivering excellent instruction, assisting with daily operations and events, and helping ensure that members and guests receive a consistently welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience.

Ideas and feedback are genuinely welcomed. Teaching Professionals are encouraged to share observations and to collaborate with the Directors on practical enhancements to lessons, events, member service, and the overall racquets experience.
