Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care and development for children in our centers. You will follow licensing standards, maintain a warm, engaging classroom, and partner with families to monitor progress.

The role includes completing childcare training and participating in ongoing education to help children grow and learn in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Meet state/licensing education and experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to care for each child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, clean and organized classroom.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.74-$15.31 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
