Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring an Assistant Teacher to work with teachers and families to create a welcoming, home-like environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines. You will assist with classroom instruction, decorate spaces as needed, and ensure a safe, clean environment that supports exploration and growth.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and reliable hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

As an Assistant Teacher, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:
